Finally a name, that I feel good about! As a side project to the side project naming takes considerable resources. A few days ago I published a list of articles on naming a venture, which was quite helpful.

My first working title was “PickMeUpScotty”. I considered it memorable but maybe not to easy to handle. It work somewhere along the line of “IWantSandy”, which works nicely in my opinion.

But every time we discussed issues concerning PickMeUpScotty it was painfully obvious, that PickMeUpScotty wouldn’t work to well as the final name. We started abbreviating it – a surefire way to recognize too long a name.

So by abusing bustaname.com and others I came up with this shortlist:

• cabboy.com

After a short discussion it was clear, that due to its shortness, its briefness and the alliteration cabchap ist the clear winner. At least in our opinion. Any objections?
